WHAT WE DO
The Railway Institute will serve to improve the technological sector of the railways in Europe and his launching on the outside.The main projects are:
- Technical Cooperation with similar organisms and institutions in other countries to devote and to spread the European railway engineering.
- Development of European R&D Projects in collaboration with other Institutions (such as US California University), including the search for suitable International Partners.
- Trainning courses as a way for the technological transference to the outside, for example in Córdoba we have organized the International Railway Seminars with Fundacion Caminos de Hierro (FCH), and with HST California other seminars in prestigious Californian universities with the aim of promoting a high level of Knowledge of the High Speed Railways Technologies.
- Agreements with Universities and Companies in the International Area.
- Eurif can carry out Independant Technical Assessment (ITA) Certifications in the following areas:
-1) Reports of the team members (Project Manager, Designers...) adequacy in order to certificate the faithful performance development of Railway projects.
-2) Safety Railway Reports
-3) Interoperability Reports
-4)Tender level Fulfillment
-5) Methodologies H &S for Railways
EURIF has presence in committees, associations and work groups, both national and international, for the sharing of experiences.
